Pediatric therapy in El Paso
Occupational Therapy
Building the everyday skills that let your child take part — at home, at school, and at play.
Occupational therapy helps children do the things that make up a childhood: getting dressed, holding a pencil, sitting through a meal, joining in at recess. When those everyday tasks are hard, they touch everything else.
Our occupational therapists work on fine motor control, self-care skills, handwriting, feeding, and sensory regulation — always in the setting where your child needs the skill most.
Occupational therapy may help if your child
- Struggles with handwriting, buttons, zippers, or utensils
- Is overwhelmed by sounds, textures, lights, or crowds
- Has difficulty with feeding or accepting new foods
- Finds it hard to sit still, focus, or move between activities
- Needs support building independence in daily routines
Where therapy happens
We provide occupational therapy two ways: in your home through our Home Health division, or at our Yagel Therapy 2.0 clinics on the east and west sides of El Paso. Many families use both.
If your child’s pediatrician has recommended therapy, call us and we’ll help you work out which setting fits your family best.
Not sure where to start?
Tell us what services you’re looking for and we’ll help you work out which therapy — and which setting — makes the most sense. There is no cost to ask.
