Occupational Therapy
Helping children build the daily skills that let them play, learn, and take part — dressing, handwriting, feeding, and sensory regulation.
Pediatric therapy in El Paso since 2015
Occupational, physical, and speech therapy for children — in the comfort of your own home, or at our East and West clinics. Led by a doctorate-level occupational therapist and Certified Autism Specialist.
Se habla español · Serving El Paso families for over 10 years

We offer the same therapies two ways. Families choose whichever fits their week — and some use both.
Home Health Division
Our original division. Therapists come to you, so your child practises new skills in the place they actually live — no packing up, no waiting room.

Helping children build the daily skills that let them play, learn, and take part — dressing, handwriting, feeding, and sensory regulation.

Building strength, balance, and coordination so children can move confidently and keep up with the people they want to keep up with.

Giving children the tools to be understood — speech sounds, language, social communication, and feeding and swallowing support.
Yagel Therapy is owned and run by Claudia Yagel, OTD, OTR, CAS — an El Paso native who has served this community for more than fourteen years. She earned her master’s in occupational therapy at UTEP and her doctorate at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center, and she is a Certified Autism Specialist with a focus on autism and sensory processing.
She also teaches in UTEP’s doctor of occupational therapy program — training the therapists El Paso will hire next.

Tell us a little about your child and we’ll help you work out which therapy — and which setting — makes the most sense. There is no cost to ask.
